Fortunately most of our customers are very satisfied with our meals. In despite we are very grateful for our customers' feedback all the time.

After all, please follow the steps below if you have any enquiry.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our meals, you have a choice to receive a refund or a new dish replacing to one you did not like. This offer doesn’t just apply to your first order with us it applies to any of your order with us.

So what are the conditions?

  • You need to call us and talk to us to find the best solution for you. If you wish you can send back the dish to us with our delivery guy.
  • You don't have to justify your decision. While we do have a section asking for feedback to better meet our customer needs, this is optional, and you don’t have to fill it out.

We have only two conditions to prevent this offer being open to abuse:

  • All claims for refunds must be made within two days of receiving delivery.
  • The value of goods for which a refund may be claimed is limited to $100 per order.
