The Taste Guarantee
We (and our many satisfied customers) believe all our meals are absolutely superb. They are all made using the highest
quality ingredients, everything is cooked fresh to order, and put simply, they all taste great!
But rather than wasting any more time telling you about how good our food is, we’ll give you the details of our guarantee:
If you are dissatisfied with any of our meals, you will receive a full refund.
This doesn’t just apply to your first order with us, it applies to all your orders with us.
So what are the conditions? Well to start with, we’d like to tell what you don’t have to do:
- You don’t need to call us and explain it. Every order comes with a receipt with your details and the details of your order.
There is a section for you to indicate anything you are not happy with, you simply fax it back to us and your money is
automatically refunded on the relevant meals. Alternatively, you can call us if you wish.
- You dont have to justify your decision. While we do have a section asking for feedback to better meet our customer needs, this is optional, and you dont have to fill it out.
We have only two conditions to prevent this offer being open to abuse:
- All claims for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving delivery
- The value of goods for which a refund may be claimed is limited to $100 per order.
We challenge you to find a company in any industry who will give their product as big a vote of confidence as we do.
