Our ordering system is a simple step by step process. If this is your first visit to the site, please take a couple of minutes to read through the following explanations.

Fax and Phone Orders
You do not need to read the information on theis page any further. Simply click here to download and print out our menu for phone and fax orders.

Online Ordering
The majority of our customers take advantage of the increased convenience and functionality (such as being able to copy previous orders) offered by our online ordering system. To download a print version of the instructions below for easy reference, please click here.

First Time Users

Step 1 — Check if and when we deliver to your postcode by clicking here. Please remember that all your orders must be placed by 8pm two days prior to your delivery date to allow us sufficient time to order your fresh ingredients and prepare your food.

Step 2 — Go to “The Menu” Page. Select which category of the menu you wish to view from the drop down menu at the top left of the page, or select “all” to view the entire menu.

Step 3 — All items in the selected category will appear in the box in the left hand half of the page, along with pricing and description. Click on the “Add” button next to the item you wish to order, and it will appear in your “Basket”, the box on the right half of the screen.

Step 4 — Once you have finished selecting all items required from that category, you may select another category, and continue adding items to your basket.

Step 5 – Once you have finished selecting items, please click on “Check Out”, then enter your email address and click “Next”. Then enter your delivery details and click “Next”. If there is anything tricky about your delivery (such as deliver to back entrance), please be sure you have entered this in special instructions.

Step 6 – Your next 6 available delivery dates will then be displayed. Please select which delivery date you prefer.

Step 7 – Proceed to Secure Payment Area, and enter your credit card details, then submit your payment details. That’s it! You will receive a confirmation email with full details of your order, and your delicious meals will be delivered on the date you have selected.

If you have already ordered before

If you are a regular user of our site, you can still create an order in the same way as above. But there are also two additional functions available which make re-ordering much quicker and easier:

1/ If your current order is similar to a previous order, on “The Menu” page you can select “Copy a previous order”. When you enter and submit your email address, a list of your previous 20 orders will be displayed. View details of relevant orders, and when you find the order similar to your current requirements, select “Copy”. This will then take you back to the menu page with all the previous order details completed, however you can still add to or delete from this order, allowing complete customisation.

2/ We remember your delivery details. When you have selected the items you wish to order and enter your email address, your previous delivery details will automatically be retrieved. If these are correct, you can simply click next. If you need to change any details, simply edit as required and then proceed.
