Are the meals healthy?
Yes. When oil is required in our meals, we use only cholesterol free vegetable oil. However we do NOT sacrifice taste. Our dishes are much lower in fat and much healthier than normal takeaway food, and still manage to taste MUCH better!

Why do I need to order 2 days before delivery?
We do not hold stock of any perishable ingredients. We will order the ingredients for your meals fresh from the market AFTER we receive your order. We need two days to order the ingredients, prepare your meal and deliver to your door as fresh as humanly possible!

When and where do you deliver?
Please Check Delivery Times by entering your postcode. If the time we deliver to your postcode is not convenient for you, think about having your order delivered to your neighbour or even having it delivered to your work postcode. Just pop it in the fridge, then take home with you at the end of the day!

What if I’m not home when you deliver?
If you are not going to be home, you must pay in advance by credit card. And ensure you let us know where to leave your order, by filling in the “Special instructions”, for example back door etc. We will not deliver to apartments under any circumstances unless there is someone home. Once again, if the time is not convenient, think about having your order delivered to your workplace.

What if I don’t like something I order?
All orders are covered by our Taste Guarantee. So you’ll never have to worry about being disappointed!

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is $50.

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there is a nominal charge of $5 for all deliveries.

What forms of payment are available?
You can pay in advance by Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard, or on delivery by cash or cheque.
