Ferenc started cooking at the age of fourteen years old, and now has over 35 years experience. As a Master Chef, his experience is matched only by his skill and passion for what he does.

Ferenc worked for over 12 years at Gundel restaurant in Budapest, lovers of fine food will recognise the name as one of Europe’s top ten restaurants. As his skill and reputation developed, so did the demand for his time. In partnership with Gundel, Ferenc has provided his skills and knowledge to many five star restaurants around the world, his assignments having taken him to many locations including Rio de Janeiro, San Paolo, Buenos Aires, Malaysia, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Finland and Rome, to name just a few!

In addition to his regular assignments, Ferenc was also in charge of special events. This frequently involved the preparation of public dinners and banquets for Heads of State and other important members of government and the business community.

Fortunately for us, while Ferenc has retained his passion for preparing delicious food, he wished to remove himself from the high profile and pressure of his previous assignments, and he has now been with us for over four years.
